American Apparel no longer allows their items to be sold blank. As an upstanding garment printer and dealer of American Apparel, Tuffy McPuggles has been authorized to sell their products printed. Every item in our store is embellished. No exceptions. The 'Icon' series is a fun way to wear your favorite American Apparel style and choose your bit of flair to be printed on genuine items at a discounted price. The Icons are professionally screen printed with high quality white ink. Please specify your choice in the 'Notes to Seller' section at checkout. If one isn't specified, we will print your garment with one of the basic 'TMCP' text only logos. Have Fun!

We use high quality plastisol inks by Union Ink or in some cases water-based or discharge inks. Our prints are smooth and durable, making your Tuffy shirt the first one you reach for.

After you have completed your order, click to pay with PayPal and type your choices in the Notes To Seller area located in the checkout page. You may also send us a message through eBay with all your choices for your order. Providing this information quickly and accurately helps us process and ship your stuff faster.

All orders push to our warehouse in real-time so its unlikely that we will be able to make a change prior to shipment-this includes switching out sizes or addresses. If you email us we will do our best. Click here to contact us.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return any unwashed, unworn, and tag attached item for a partial refund less 15% re-stocking fee and shipping charges within 30 days of purchase.

We have a dedicated shipping department to ensure your order is shipped promptly and accurately. Your order will be shipped within 4 business days of cleared payment. Most domestic packages are shipped via USPS so your item will arrive in 2-3 business days (on average) after the package leaves Tuffy McPuggles. This information excludes Weekends and Holidays. Delivery confirmation is avaialable on all domestic orders and will be emailed to you once your package goes out. See our Shipping page for more information and details on International shipments.

Please wait 4 business days to receive your tracking number. If you have not yet received it via email (check your spam box) please contact us for the tracking number. Keep in mind that the UPS or USPS tracking number may take up to 1 business day to yield any useful info. All "Budget" tracking numbers will most likely NOT update until delivery, if at all. If it has been over 2 weeks since you received tracking number for your US order, or over 5 weeks for your international order please contact customer support.

We ship to nearly all countries world wide. The costs are displayed in each listing under the "Payment and Shipping" tab and depend on the weight of the items in your order, your location and the shipping method you choose. See our Shipping page for more information.

We offer Free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. No minimum purchase is required and you don't need a promo code. Just sit back and shop knowing you won't get snowed on shipping charges. If you're shipping Internationally, the cost is calculated based on the total weight of your order at checkout and the shipping method you choose. We do not charge a handling fee on any International orders.
