All stamps are cleaned prior to being photographed. Any ink stains remaining on the wood and or the rubber will not affect the quality of the stamped image.

Q - What is the broader definition of 'gently used' and 'well loved'?
A - I use the two terms as follows; 'Gently Used' rubber stamps have minimal ink stains on the rubber and/or the wood. 'Well Loved' rubber stamps have excessive ink stains on the rubber and/or the wood.
Q - Do the previously loved rubber stamps get cleaned before being shipped?
A - All rubber stamps have actually been cleaned prior to being photograghed to ensure a more accurate description. Please refer to the photos and the specific item information placed between them.
Q - I'm in the UK, how long will the package take to arrive?
A - Canada Post states that shipping to any International destination via Air can take anywhere
from 2 weeks to 8 weeks in some circumstances.
Q - I live in Canada, shouldn’t the shipping be less expensive within the country?
A - Unfortunately, depending on where you live, shipping can be surprisingly costly. I will give you my postal code, dimensions and weight of the entire package if you would like to double check with the Canada Post.
Q - What method of shipping is used?
A - That is dependant upon your location. Canada Post is my carrier therefore within Canada I use Expedited or Express. Within the US I use Air, Expedited or Express. International destinations I ship using Air only.
Q - Does using a 'gently used' or 'well loved’ rubber stamp have an adverse affect on the quality of the stamped image?
A - The quality of the stamped image is not compromised by the stamps physical appearance. Proper care and maintenance of rubber stamps, during and after use, can prevent this permanent damage.
Q - Your rubber stamps all have measurements listed. Is the measurement for the mount part or the actual rubber part?
A - All of the measurements are for the mount itself, unless stated otherwise. If you need
a specific rubber measurement for a special project, I will measure it for you.
