We are only able to ship to the billing address on your confirmed credit card address for Paypal Payments.
Sorry, No local pickup is available for auction won items.
Additional shipping cost will apply for anything outside the 48 contiguous states.
Same day shipping policy - " 2.00 dollar service "
When making payment, please include 2 dollars in the optional field in paypal and we will get that item out the very same day as long as payment is recieved before 2:30pm pacific standard time. If payment arrives after 2:30pm or the shipment does not make it out for whatever reason, the 2 dollars will be refunded to you via method of initial payment. This is considered a service charge and is non-refundable if the item is shipped.
This service does not apply to orders made on days when UPS or US Postal Service is closed (example: national holiday's, etc...). This service is not available on weekends because we are not open on weekends to ship out packages. This service is not available if the shipping address is unconfirmed. This service is only for USA addresses and does not apply for overseas/non-USA adddresses. This service does not promise against delays in UPS or USPS transit; we have no control over acts of god or quality of service once the package is handed over to UPS or USPS or other couriers.

Disclaimer
Some products are for off-road or show use only. They may not be suitable for regular driving conditions or do not carry DOT, SAE or C.A.R.B approval. The end-user must follow the direction given and any misuse of these products is at their own risk. We are not to be held responsible for any misuse of these products.
Damaged / Shortage merchandise
All merchandise is sold ex-work. This means that our responsibility ends after the merchandise leaves our warehouse. Claims for lost or damaged merchandise must be made directly with the carrier. If you required insurance on the goods, please notify us during ordering. All damaged merchandise must be reported to the carrier immediately (24 hours) upon receiving. You will be required to provide a damage claim number for discrepancy report from the carrier prior to contacting us within 48 hoiurs. We will not be responsible for any claim after 48 hours upon receiving. Any shortage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving. We will not be responsible for any shortage after 24 hours of receiving. For wrong shipped items, we will pay for shipping back and once item arrives back, we will reship the proper part ordered. Shipping service of returning item will be at our discretion based on circumstances. | |

Shipping & Handling
Buyer pays all shipping charges (this includes customs fees if any). Customs fees are calculated and billed to the buyer at the time of arriving country destination as we have no ability to calculate this amount prior to shipping. Items are shipped by UPS ground by default. If you need a faster method of shipping, please email us for a shipping quote. Items shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico will be shipped via UPS or US Postal Mail depending on situation. It is the buyer's responsibility to let Tuningdepot know you need insurance on the package before shipping any merchandise. |

Sales tax
A 9.25% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to California.
Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, excluding shipping and other charges. |

Customer service & return policy
Tuningdepot must be notified within 5 days from the date of receiving, to obtain a Return Manufacturer Authorization number (RMA number). All merchandise without a RMA number will be refused and returned back to the shipper. The merchandise must be unused, in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice. Any item(s) which have been pre-installed, cut, or modified in anyway will not be eligible for credit or refund. If a refund is called for, we will refund the amount paid for the item minus shipping. Unless there is a fault on our end, we do not pay for shipping back. There is no refunds on the shipping cost after an item has shipped. Any labor charges incurred for installation of products are non refundable.
No refund, exchange or replacement for products relating to electrical, fuel, and store clearance items.
Unpaid bidders will receive unpaid item strikes and negative feedbacks. | |
