If you place an order with me you have the option of purchasing insurance when you check out. (No matter how much you buy the price of insurance will only be $1.17. For orders over $40.00 I will pay for insurance!) By doing so, I am giving you the opportunity to protect your purchase from the hands of the USPS/UPS. If you choose not to purchase insurance please understand that you are taking a risk that your items could be lost or damaged.
If the insurance option is not available when you check-out...please let me know and I will send you a corrected invoice!!!
Likewise, first class mail is not traceable!! I can only tell you the date your package was shipped. Although it does not happen often, the USPS/UPS does lose and does misdeliver mail! I send notice to each and every buyer when your item(s) ship. After you receive that notice I no longer have control of your package. I am an honest seller and give my promise that items are packaged with absolutely no damage. I have no reason to send you damaged items or to not send your items at all!!
~International Customers~
Insurance is available for you to purchase on your package...please consider this option.
Although more expensive, Airmail Parcel Post gives you the opportunity to protect your purchase from the hands of the USPS & your country's Postal Service. If you choose not to purchase insurance please understand that you are taking a risk that your items could be lost or damaged and that they will not be replaced nor will your money be refunded!! Do not file a claim against me through paypal to try and get your money back...they will see that insurance was offered and not purchased...and you will be left grumpy.
I have done my part by careful packaging, giving you information and delivering your package to the post office...from here I have no more control and will not be held resposible for loss or damage.
Occasionally customs holds onto your packages for some reason and it may take longer to receive, please take this into consideration. In the event that you need to file a claim, we must wait 30 days from the day the package was mailed! This goes for both insured and uninsured packages. I will help every step of the way!!
If you have any questions...please contact me. If you are unsure of whether or not insurance is neccessary...contact me and I'll give you examples of when insurance would have been really nice and would have saved A BUNCH of money!!!
