Payment Details
- PayPal payments are gladly accepted. You may use PayPal to pay using a credit card, a debit card, or an echeck.
- Immediate payment is very appreciated! Please plan on making payment (or initiating your echeck payment) within 24 hours of purchase.
- In keeping with eBay policy, money orders and personal checks are not accepted.
- Please keep in mind that echeck payments take 3-4 business days to clear through PayPal.
- Purchases by California residents are subject to 8.5% sales tax.
Domestic Shipping
- You can scroll down to the shipping calculator near the bottom of our listings. Calculate your exact cost by entering your location, the quantity desired, and selecting the level of shipping service that best meets your needs.
- We are known for our speedy shipping! We ship the next business day after payment is received.
- We are pleased to offer a combined shipping & handling discount for your multiple purchases! Your automatic invoice from eBay should reflect this discount, or wait for us to send you an invoice once you have completed your shopping.
- Take advantage of free shipping on orders of $150 or more!
- Many of our items include free insurance! If you are purchasing items with optional insurance, we encourage you to purchase it. We package and ship safely and securely, and provide a Delivery Confirmation number or a Tracking number for your shipment, but we are not responsible for delivery service errors. Additionally, we insure using a 3rd party provider, so you won’t see evidence of insurance indicated on your parcel.
- We use both UPS and USPS delivery services. Please refer to the Shipping and Handling options near the bottom of your particular listing. UPS deliveries include Tracking and Insurance. USPS deliveries include Delivery Confirmation, which means your package is scanned when it's delivered to your zip code. If you require USPS door-to-door tracking information, please be sure to purchase Express Mail service.

- Please remember that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. Please plan on delivery times to be slower during holiday periods and throughout the month of December.
International Shipping

- We are known for our speedy shipping! Our in stock items ship the next business day after payment is received. Some of our items are advance purchases for international customers, and are typically available to ship approximately 2 weeks after payment is received. Please refer to the details in your particular listing.
- Delivery times are USPS (United States Postal Service) estimates. Sometimes additional delay will occur at your country’s customs. In our experience, delivery time is generally quite speedy, but is not guaranteed. Delivery times are also slower during postal holidays and during the month of December.
- Insurance is included on all international deliveries.
- Please request a shipping quote for large or wholesale orders.
- Sometimes a Value Added Tax (VAT) and applicable duties are charged on international purchases. These fees are the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to become familiar with your own government’s policies about these fees that may be charged when the parcel crosses your border. VAT and duties may be related to parcel value or parcel contents. We recommend that you visit your government’s website for any pertinent information.
The United States Council for International Business is a helpful site that provides some estimates for international taxes and duties.
- Customs declaration form will show value as your merchandise total. Purchased items are not declared as gifts.
Returns & Refunds
- Your satisfaction and positive shopping experience are important to Twirl Planet! We are pleased to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Please check that you have purchased the correct twirling baton length before removing the sealed packaging and cardboard hang tag.
- Returned items will be accepted if you email us within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning an item. We are happy to provide a refund or an exchange of your purchase, if your return is in the new, original, and resalable condition you received it in. Batons with sealed plastic packaging that has been opened may not be returned; we can also not accept batons with cardboard hang tags that have been opened. We are unable to process returns that are not in this original condition; such items can be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
- Customer pays for insured return shipping; initial shipping & handling fees are not refundable. Re-ship charges for an exchange apply at the same cost as the shipping charge of the original order.
- Custom, made-to-order items are not returnable.
