About Us:
We have a 6 year background in electronics and electronic accessories. We pride ourselves in keeping up to date with the most current technology and up to date resources. Customer service is our main focus and priority. If you have any questions regarding our products, shipping, or store policies please contact us immediately at twistedshelp@yahoo.com. We generally have an instant turn around but nothing over 24 hours even on weekends.
Domestic Shipments:
All domestic orders are shipped within 4 business days of verified payment unless otherwise specified. We use UPS, Fed-Ex and USPS as our shipping carriers. We reserve the right to change shipping methods at any time with no extra cost to the customer on ground orders, notification will be sent immediately if shipping methods change. Insurance is included on all UPS and Fed-Ex orders with no extra cost. Please contact us at twistedshelp@yahoo.com with any shipping questions.
International Shipments:
All international shipments will ship within 5 business days of verified payment. Our international carriers are UPS (Canada only) and USPS. All international orders are subject to additional brokerage, taxes, and duty fees depending on the desitnation Country. These fees are seperate from shipping and are billed through the shipping company or customs department, these fees are NOT something that we charge, we can not tell you if there will be nor how much the fees will be if they apply. We have decided to discontinue shipping via USPS First Class International. Although this method was more cost effective it did not provide a tracking method nor did it have a specified delivery date. Some listings still may show this method while we update the listings. We are trying to have everything updated by the end of January.
We will accept all returns within 30 days of purchase date providing you still have the original packaging. If the reason for the return was due to our error such as a mis-ship we will pay for return shipping, but if it is a return due to the item being defective or you have changed your mind, you as the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping. Our suppliers are now charging us return shipping so we are unable to offer free shipping back if you do need to do a return. Feedback:
We will leave our feedback within 24 hours of your order shipping. We would appreciated that you provide feedback as soon as possible as well. It is understood that you will need time to examine the order and make sure that everything is good. If you do have a problem with your order please contact us immediately at twistedshelp@yahoo.com before leaving a negative feedback. This will allow us to fix any issues that might come up. Many times there is a solution that will result in a positive experiance for both you as the customer and us as the seller. We pride ourselves in great customer service.
