Customer service & return policy:

All items will be shipped with delivery confirmation.
No returns are accepted due to many 'burn and return' artists.

If you have received a CD with a broken jewel case and it was not advertised as such,
(this happens occasionally) then it happened in transit(USPS)
and unfortunately we do not have control over that.

We always offer: Original factory pressed CDs.
We never offer: Home made CD-Rs.

The music CD market on eBay is flooded with fake CDs from:
China, Russia, Argentina, East Europe and a few other well known
locations. We do not sell/distribute merchandise from any of the
above locations.

Our promise to you:
All items will be shipped as advertised.

We regret that we cannot promise / guarantee that you will receive your item as advertised
due to us not being able to control the USPS and how they handle the packages.

We only ship within the USA.
All requests to ship outside of USA will be ignored!

We regret that we are not able to ship to military locations because
we only ship with delivery confirmation and any and all mail sent to any military location cannot be tracked.

Communication:

ALL communication is done strictly through "My eBay" messaging system
and NOT by using personal email accounts.
We want eBay to be aware of ALL communication between us and our customers. 

Please do not email us asking when we'll be sending your item to you.
Here's the answer:
All items shipped the first workday of receipt of your payment.
(Example: you pay on Thursday - we ship on Friday)
