They shipped the incorrect cartridges I ordered the XL version which is high capacity and the shipped the smaller capacity cartridges. Nothing was said until I contacted them and they have supposedly given me a credit for the difference in price. NOt happy, they knew they didn't have what I had ordered so rather than notify of the problem and ask they shipped the wrong cartridges.
