Excellent item for the price. Monitored well packaged with $25 of bubble wrap. Free shipping took a while (due to weather) through UPS however it was well worth the wait. Beyond the B- rating of the monitor by the Seller. I think the Seller undercut their rating or their standards are well above others. Excellent communication with updates. Although the monitor arrived damaged it is not the stores fault … the carrier beat the package up and the monitor was cracked on its edge creating screen damage as well … I have spoken to the seller and they have approved a refund and are sending shipping label after seeing the pics I sent in .. it is always nice to deal with good people

First monitor came broken as it wasn't packaged very good and UPS was rough on it. But the Seller got my message and sent a replacement. Took a little longer than Expected to get replacement but still a replacement was nice to get. Overall a happy ending. The replacement monitor came in the condition it stated on the listing. Overall pretty positive purchase.

Super fast shipping! Monitors were packed very very well - not a chance that something could go wrong in shipping. Monitors were as described, although a "B-" rating was a little low to be honest, these were at least "B" monitors, maybe even"A-". No defects on the actual display panel, some physical scratches and such on the cases, but nothing that affects the actual image on the display. Great buy, well worth it!

Easy order process and shipping was fast. The box arrived somewhat deformed and out of shape but the seller has made the extra effort to wrap the monitor with inflatable bag and extra layers of bubble wraps and cushion. The screen was covered with a thick sheet of paper to prevent damage. Comes with 1x DP cable and 1x HDMI Cable with the AC Power cord. No stand as described on seller listing. I have my own VESA monitor stand available. My 11 yrs old son was so happy. An absolute deal. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
