We offer reduced shipping and handling fees when you order multiple items at the same time. We ship most items within 5 business days of receipt of payment. All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service. On international shipments valued above $35.00 PayPal and eBay require that we ship by Express Mail International or registered mail. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. Express Mail International costs $29.95 including postage and insurance for most shipments up to about 5 pounds. Registered mail is the only legal method of shipment of stamps sent to some countries. The cost is $11.95 in addition to postage and handling. Registered mail is generally very safe. If a registered shipment is lost or damaged and the value is above $47.00 you will receive only $47.00. We are not responsible in any way for losses higher than $47.00 on registered international shipments. We accept PayPal and other methods of payment including Visa and MasterCard.
