US Boat Wholesalers (USBW) is a cooperative effort of a group of leading US boat dealers and financial institutions to sell their excess inventory at wholesale prices throughout the world.

All of the boats listed on this site unless specified have gone through a detailed inspection process to evaluate their condition. A condition report, prepared by an industry professional is available for your review. We the dealers of USBW guarantee these condition reports to be accurate. Please understand that USBW or the Member Dealer does not warrant the boat, motor or trailer in any way. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect the boat or higher a surveyor prior to your acceptance.

• If you are lucky enough to be the winning bidder the Member Dealer will require a $500.00 refundable deposit via PayPal or Bank transfer within 24 hours of the auction close.   Please contact the Member Dealer for further payment instructions.

• Although we inspect all the boats we offer for sale all boats are sold “as is where is”. A USBW condition report is available for all boats offered by USBW on EBay. (Email the Member Dealer for a copy.)

• The sale of the boat is subject to your personal inspection. If you don’t like what you see we will give you your deposit back. If you can’t personally inspect the boat you may hire a certified surveyor to check out the boat on your behalf. You may also hire a certified mechanic to do the same. Any surveyor or mechanic must be approved by the Member Dealer prior to inspection.

• If you need help finding an engine surveyor check out our sponsor links below for a selection of engine dealers in the boats vicinity.

• Please attempt to email the Member Dealer any questions before bidding. We will try to answer your questions promptly.

• Although it is not a condition of the sale a sea trial can be arranged for a fee.  Email the Member Dealer for costs and scheduling.

• Extended service agreements are available for boats 7 years of age or newer for use in the USA and Canada.  Please click here to request a quote.

• Inspection, final payment and pickup must be made within 7 days of the auction close unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Member Dealer BEFORE the auction close. Final payment must be made in certified funds or bank transfer. No PayPal, credit cards or personal checks for final payment.  Contact the Member Dealer for further instructions.

• Please make sure you have all payment funds available before bidding. Contact the Member Dealer or one of our boat loan sponsors before bidding if you need financing.

• All sales are FOB at the Member Dealer’s business location specified in the auction. We can arrange both domestic and overseas shipping for you. Please click here to request a quote.

• Any and all taxes due are the responsibility of the buyer. Taxes maybe due at closing if the boat is being sold in state. Check with the USBW Member Dealer for specifics.

• All purchases will be charged a transaction fee of $199.00 for the handling of titling paperwork.

• Any services such as loading, haul out, shrink wrap etc. although available are not included in the auction price.

• Please note the boat and all services must be paid for in full prior to leaving the dealers facility.

• All boats listed for sale by USBW Member Dealers are also available for sale locally.  USBW reserves the right to end an auction at any time.

• All USBW Member Dealers are licensed and bonded in the state where they conduct business.
