How much do you charge for shipping & handling and how long does it take for you to ship a purchase?
Items usually ship within 48 business hours of CLEARED payment, most ship within 24 hours. We will refund shipping charges if your item does not ship within 48 hours of CLEARED payment. Exceptions to this are for special orders and when purchase or payment is made when our store is in vacation settings.
Shipping and handling charges vary with each item. We attempt to provide the best and quickest mailing service at a reasonable cost. A small handling fee is charged on certain items, which covers envelopes, mailing labels, and so forth. Many items are a fixed flat rate shipping & handling charge, a few item we sell use the postage calculator to determine shipping cost. If you are having problems calculating the shipping and handling fees, please feel free to email us using the "Ask Seller A Question Link" and give us your ship to zip code. We will strive to get you a shipping and handling quote within (1) one business day.
Do you do combined shipping?
We offer combined shipping for most multiple purchases. Ship cost for the majority of our products is determined by the weight of the package. Other items are determined by quantity/weight of the package. The eBay shipping calculator should determine the correct ship cost. You can also request an invoice once all items are purchased. We do have a few items that ship for no extra charge. Please visit the SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICIES for complete details. Please do not check out each individual item, as it makes it difficult for us to combine shipping after items have been each checked out and paid for. How will you ship my item?
We ship USPS Priority Mail, USPS 1st Class mail, and USPS Parcel Post, our choice unless specified in the description. Shipping method is determined by by size and weight of our order. Most packages that weigh more than 13 ounces will ship Priority Mail, large packages may ship Parcel Post (if not specified in the listing), and 13 ounces and under will mail USPS 1st Class Mail. This will get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. We are located in the Southeast United States. West coast orders usually arrive within a week of purchase. The closer you are to us, the quicker your purchase will arrive.
Can my packaged be insured?
Yes, insurance is optional on many purchases.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship select items international. Please contact us for a quote. Please note that USPS Priority Mail is the only way to get delivery confirmation/tracking for international shipping. The US Postal Service does not have delivery confirmation/tracking for 1st Class international Mail. All international duty fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. US CAMO ETC is NOT responsible for fees. All packages will be declared at actual value.
Will You Mail To A Military APO-AE Address?
Yes, we will gladly mail to APO Military addresses. Do note, that with APO addresses the USPS does not offer tracking nor delivery confirmation, thus once the items leave our shipping dept., we have no way to track or trace an item. As of yet, we have not had a problem with items not reaching their destination.
Can I pick up from you directly?
If you are in the Atlanta area, arrangements can be made for local pickup. Please email or call to make arrangements. For all local pickups, the shipping and handling fees are not charged, only the purchase price and state sales tax.
Do you charge sales tax?
All purchases made with a Georgia mailing address are charged state sales tax. This is charged if the item is picked up locally or mailed. At this time, all out of state purchases are tax exempt.
Do you take special orders?
We can special order a large number of products that are not listed in our eBay store. We require all special orders are to be paid for in advance before we will order from our supplier. All special order sales are final, no returns or refunds.
Can I receive a catalog of your products?
Because of the extreme expense, we do are unable to mail out catalogs. We do have online a full catalog for viewing. We do not stock everything that is in the catalog, but can special order items we do not stock. Visit our "About Me" page for the online catalog link. All special order items are sold through eBay as a normal purchase.
Do You Accept COD's?
No, all payments must be made via PayPal.
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
Since all of our merchandise comes with a 14 day from delivery date right of return. Buyer does cover the cost of returning the item(s) unless it is defective or described inaccurately. Please give us a chance to resolve any problems prior to giving us negative feedback.
All items offer a 30 day right of return privilege less shipping/handling fees.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon.
Notification of eturns must be made within 14 days after receiving item.
Items with defects in the material or workmanship will either be refunded or replaced at our discretion.
No refunds will be issued for shipping/handling fees unless we made the mistake of sending the wrong size, color or item or a defective item was received.
