Unless described otherwise in our listings, all items sold by US CAMO ETC are new store stock. These are NOT left over 2nds at discounted prices, but new quality items that come direct from our distributor. Most of the items we carry are of the TRU-SPEC brand. TRU-SPEC is one of the largest suppliers of military style / camouflage clothing and accessories in the USA. Our surplus and used items will vary in make and manufacturer. We try our best to describe all items as accurately as possible, with new item info obtained from the manufacturer and surplus items from the actual item.
RETURNS:
Most items that we sell carry a 7 day return policy. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable, UNLESS our descriptions are incorrect. In this case, please notify us, and we will make good on any item, and correct our description. ALL returns must be in the original container or package, and in unused, unwashed, and resalable condition. NO EXCEPTIONS. All mailing costs to return an item that is not our error or mis-description is the responsibility of the returnee. Please email us before returning an item. All surplus and/or used items are sold "as is", no returns unless inaccurately described.

US CAMO ETC will refund your shipping charges if your item does not ship within 48 hours of CLEARED payment. The exceptions to this are special orders or when a purchase/payment is made when our store is in vacation settings.
All products in our auctions and store are in stock and ready for shipping. We reserve the right to cancel purchases that are asked to be mailed to unconfirmed addresses. For quickest shipment, please confirm your shipping address when placing an order.
We try our best to be reasonable and fair on shipping and handling cost for every order. If there is a question or you believe the shipping and handling charges are incorrect, please email us. We will do our best to correct any issue you may have.
We do offer combined shipping for mulitple purchases.In order to receive combine shipping cost, please do not checkout and pay for your purchases until all items have been selected. For insurance and delivery confirmation, we cannot combine items that have been paid for individually.
Orders mailed to the U.S. that total $200 and above (before shipping and handling charges) are charged a flat $14.95 shipping and handling charge... with us paying any additional postage cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship select items international. Please contact us for a quote. Most items will mail USPS Priority Mail, which allows delivery confirmation. International 1st Class DOES NOT allow delivery confirmation. US CAMO ETC is not responsible for international import duties. All packages are declared in actual value.
Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable on returned items, UNLESS our descriptions are incorrect or errors on our part.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
eBay now allows only PayPal to be used for payments.
Payments are requested within 7 days of purchase or winning bid. Please email us if you cannot make payment within this time frame. We will do our best to work with you but communication is essential.
