| #1 Refund & Exchange Policy
All Exchanges or Returns must included either a copy of the e-mail we replyed or a brief notes with your ebay ID, Item number and full name on it. Without above info your exchanges or returns will be delayed.

We encourage all buyers to test the bulbs when you receive it: I understand that customers do make mistakes sometimes. That is why we give customer 7 days period(from purchased date) to test out the bulbs. During this 7 days you will get either a full or partial refund no matter what is the reasons to return. After 7 days we do expect customers to follow our return and exchange policy and we will honor our policy.

To get a full refund, Items must be in the original packaging, in working condition with no physical damage and buyer must contact us within 7 days( from purchased date), buyer is responsible for the return postage.

For the customers who purchased the wrong products: You can either exchange for the right products(Buyers must agree to pay 2-way shipping for exchange) or we will refund your purchased amount only, shipping and handling are non refundable. Buyer must contact us within 7 days(from purchased date.(no exceptions)

For defective products Returns within 90 days: If Buyer contact us after 7 days of receipt, 25% restocking fee will be charged. Buyers is reponsible for the return shipping cost and shipping and handling fee are non-refundable. (no exceptions) Any external damaged bulbs or without original packaging are non-refundable. (no exceptions)

For defective products Exchanges within 90 days: If Buyer contact us after 7 days of receipt, 15% restocking fee will be charged. Buyers is reponsible for both way shipping cost (normally seller charge $5 for shipping and handling fee (No Exceptions) Any external damaged by buyer during installation can't not be exchange (no exceptions)

All Exchanges or Returns must e-mail us to get an RMA#. All return items must including a RMA#, your ebay Id and a notes from buyer or a copy of a replyed e-mail by us. After receiving the RMA# or replyed e-mail, buyer have 7 days to ship back. (no exceptions)
