Exchange and Refund Policies


All Exchanges or Returns must included either a copy of the email we reply or a brief notes with your eBay ID, Item number and full name on it. Without above info your exchanges or returns will be delayed.

We encourage all buyers to test the light bulbs when you receive it: We understand that we all make mistakes so we give customer 7 days period (from purchase date) to test out our bulbs. During this 7 days you will get either a full or partial refund no matter what is the reason to return the item. After 7 days we do expect customers to follow our return and exchange policy and we will honor our policy.

To get a full refund, Items must be in the original packaging, in working condition with no physical damage and buyer must contact us within 7 days (from purchased date), buyer is responsible for the return postage.

For the customers who purchased the wrong products: You can either exchange for the right product(Buyers must agree to pay 2-way shipping for exchange) or we will refund your purchase amount only, shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Buyer must contact us within 7 days (from purchase date, no exceptions)

For defective product Returns within 60 days: If Buyer contact us after 7 days of receipt, 20% restocking fee will be charged. Buyers is responsible for the return shipping cost and shipping and handling fee are non-refundable. (no exceptions) Any external damaged bulbs or without original packaging are non-refundable. (no exceptions)

For defective products Exchanges within 60 days: If Buyer contact us after 7 days of receipt, 20% restocking fee will be charged. Buyers is responsible for both way shipping cost (No Exceptions) Any external damaged by buyer during installation can't not be exchange (no exceptions)

All Exchanges or Returns must email us to get an RMA#. All return items must including a RMA#, your eBay Id and a notes from buyer or a copy of a replyed email by us. After receiving the RMA# or replyed email, buyer have 7 days to ship back. (no exceptions)

Please install the led bulb carefully: Due to the fact that we will not be responsible for any products damaged by buyer during installation. This includes(melting base or damaged base & flickering cause by current draw problem) you can solved this problem by clicking our FAQ & problems.

Combine Shipping Policies

You can combine any items we sell in our ebay store, you must pay the highest shipping cost first and than add each item addtional shipping cost to the highest shipping cost.

Please understand that shipping cost is including handling fees, we charge handling fees, so we can provide you many service that other sellers don't offer, Example (super fast shipping, reply e-mail within 24hrs, Voicemail, payment recieved by 3pm and will ship out same day and check and test every single bulbs before shipping etc.). Please don't just compare the shipping cost with other sellers, please compare the total cost then you will notice that you still get the best price on ebay. Don't forget that our quality is one of the best on ebay too.

Please purchase all the items you want and pay at once, ebay will automatically combine the shipping for you. We won't refund any shipping discount if customer pay separately.

Ebay is so competitive and our bulbs price we hardly make any profit so please don't e-mail us about any extra shipping discounts beside combine shipping discounts.

We know that LED Bulbs is easy to get damaged, so we pack them really well. We either use expensive bubble envelope or shipping box. 99.9% of the time arrive safe, read our feedback.

All U.S customers will receive a free tracking number after the items is shipped. One of the reasons we purchase tracking number for customers is to prove that we did ship out on time and once package show delivered then our jobs is done. Tracking number only updated when package is delivered.

All international customers will get a free custom number if request one by e-mailing us. All package will take 5-15 business days and some country will take even longer(ex. Spain,Italy,Africa etc.) Please understand we can control the ship out time and we really can't control the transit time so please wait for few more days if didn't recieve on time, from our past experience that most item do arrive on time.

We encourage customer to use the tracking number to track if didn't receive within 5 business days. If didn't show delivered then we will help customer to track and once show delivered please understand that we really can't help you much. Please check with your local postal office or around your mailbox.
