The part was as described but unfortunately it did not work properly. Seller worked to fix problem / refund funds.

Customer said GPIB did not work. I tested it upon return, found no problem sending or recieving commands and data. I then had unit NIST calibrated by an external lab with data. They found no problem either. I think customer may have had unit set up incorrectly.
