I ordered a penny 1938 d but the wrong coin was sent in error. I contacted the seller and they responded the next day. They located the correct coin and I got it in a couple of days. The response was great. They found the error quickly and sent out the correct coin. The great thing was they kept in contact all the way letting me know what was happening. I differently would purchase form them again.
