products are shipped from the manufacturer warehouse. Please allow
7-16 business days for shipment of orders. Special orders may take
additional shipping time. We do our best to ship the orders quickly
to our customers. Once products are shipping, customer will receive
an email with the shipper website, tracking number and delivery date
as it applies. It is required that the customer track their shipment
with this information. If the product is not delivered by a designated
time frame or if customer does not receive a call regarding the delivery,
it is the customer responsiblility to contact the shipping company
and/or USA Pro Shop regarding the delayed shipment within 48 hours.
USA Pro Shop is not responsible for the final tracking of the shipment.
It is the sole responsiblity of the buyer.
When a product is delivered, it is the responsiblity of the customer
to inspect the product for damage before signing for the product.
Once the customer signs and accepts the product, it is now owned by
the customer and the transaction is completed.

and all accessories included. You will receive a refund, less shipping

for the return shipping address and return authorization. IMPORTANT: When the item is returned, it will be inspected. If there is any damage, soilage, pet hair or missing components, a deduction for that item will be applied to the refund. REGARDING SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS SUCH AS NEW COVERS FOR A NEW COMFORT LEVEL. Once the customer receives this item, it is their responsiblity to notify USA Pro Shop of their satisfaction within 5-7 business days. If not satisfied, the customer must return all items and bed within 20 days for a refund minus shipping costs. If the timeframe from original purchase date is past 90 days, then the items CAN NOT be returned due to Federal Law.
REGARDING LATEX FOAM PRODUCTS: The natural latex is poured in a mold that contains small metal posts in order to create ventilation holes in the finished product, and that the toppers are cut to size along these perforation holes. Although there may appear to be small irregularities around the holes or the edge of the foam, these are quite natural and are not in any way a defect in the material or change the comfort of the foam. No return on this foam product. No Returns on special order items.
