| A:100% satisfaction Gauranteed. If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return your item within 14 days for a full refund. Our warranty period on all refurbished products is 90 days. I ALWAYS stand behind my product. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Our shipping rates our fair and this is not a profit center for us. With orders of two items or more please email me for a rate quote. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:As long as the order is recieved before 3pm and it is not paid for by E-Check you item will ship the same day and arrive promptly. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Depends on the Item. Usually the maintenance kits are shipped free 2 day USPS or free UPS Ground, your choice. Fusers alone are $9 UPS and $12 USPS 2 day. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Sorry, due to the complications of exchange items I cannot ship Fusers or Maintenance kits internationally unless they are purchased without exchange at a higher cost. |
