ORDERING

  • Address Verification:  Please verify your address is correct PRIOR to submitting your order.  Because we ship from multiple locations and process shipments 24 hours a day, making a change to an address is very near to impossible.  We are not responsible for orders shipping to the wrong supplied address.
  • Order Changes: Because we utilize other remote fulfillment locations to ship some of our orders, cancelling or making changes to an order once it is paid, may not be possible.  Please be sure you order and pay for the correct item.
  • Order & Address Changes: If you do want to try to make a change to an order or address it is best you call our customer service department 858-909-2111 for immediate assistance.  Like stated above there is chance this change may not be able to be made.   
  • Out of Stocks: - We currently sell on 8 different marketplaces.  So some items may sell out very quickly and become unavailable to ship before we can remove ad.  In these cases you will be contacted and issued a FULL refund.
  • Feedback:  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us prior to leaving bad feedback.  We will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with your order.  Leaving blind bad feedback without contacting us first does not help solve any situation.
  • Payments: All ebay orders are paid with Pay Pal.  If you are having payment issues, please contact Pay Pal directly.  We do not control an aspect of Pay Pal payments.  This is a separate entity controlled by ebay.
  • Voltage:  All of our electronic devices unless stated otherwise are 110V US Rated ONLY.  It is the buyers responsibility of knowing the correct voltage used in their country.  We are not responsible for any damage to items due to incorrect voltage being used.
  • Contacting Us:  We are available Mon-Fri from 6:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Time.  858-909-2111.  Due to volume of ebay messages we receive daily it may take up to 1 business day before we are able to respond to your message.  Messages sent on weekends and holidays may require up to two additional business days for a response.  Be sure to check our FAQ Section for quick responses to very common questions.

 

SHIPPING
  • Order Processing: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order.  Orders received on weekends & holidays may require additional shipping time.
  • Shipping Locations: Your order may ship at random from one of 6 different locations using our automated system, therefore order and address changes are very hard to process.  Always allow a minimum of 5 business days for your item to arrive.  If you must have an item in a specific time, please contact us first to discuss shipping/location options to make sure you receive your item when you need it.
  • FREE Shipping Policy: Since we offer FREE shipping on all of our listings to Lower 48 US States, we have the right to choose the cheapest shipping option for us.  Most lightweight items under 1lb ship USPS Mail.  Larger items ship UPS Ground in most cases.  We do not ship FedEx. 
  • PO Boxes: - We can ship lightweight items to PO Boxes.  We do ask that in most cases your try to provide a physical address just in case your order must go UPS.  This will prevent and delays in your order shipping.
  • Drop Shipping: - In some cases a manufacturer drop ship may be required.  This could add a an extra day to process order.
  • Combined Shipping: - We do combine shipping on most items.  Contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.  You must send us auction id #'s for each item you want.
  • Customs Fees: International Customers: - You are responsible for any CUSTOMS (Duties, Taxes, VAT) fees within your country.  We DO NOT send orders with a lowered declared value of item.
