The transaction had to be suspended due to part unavailability. Then there was some confusion, mostly mine, but the transaction ended up being reversed appropriately and I am satisfied that the seller was prompt and forthcoming once the confusion was cleared up. As I said, there's a good chance the confusion was because of me. I was unclear in my request for a refund because I failed to use the provided methodology. I would happily deal with UTVproducts again.

Family Owned for over 20 years ... received this feedback while our family with a 4 year old little girl had covid for the first time. What a great guy to leave a negative on an account after hearing the facts! I have no problem stating that I was more concerned for the safety of my family than I was with this impatient person and their 13 year old Nissan. Called eBay for help, first person to ever state they couldn't help. Next person said they'd be happy to help but they were LOCKED OUT.
