About Us
Our shop is in a little village in West Sussex, do come and visit us if you are in the area. There are many items that are in stock but not listed on ebay, so do enquire if you cannot see an item that you would like to purchase. We recently expanded our warehouse and all items listed are in stock for quick dispatch!
Postage and Packing
We offer free 2nd Class Royal Mail postage on all our items and if you are in a rush, we can also ship it by 1st Class or by Courier as optional extra.
We offer combine postage for ALL items purchased in the shop within 5 days. Put items in shopping basket and check out at the end! That will give a single P&P.
On certain items we do ship overseas and if you see something that you would like us to gift for you oversea but not listed as such, drop us an email and we can help you with your perfect gift. We also welcome trade enquiry and can offer volume discount.
We dispatch on weekdays, all weekend and holiday orders will be dispatched on the first working day immediately after.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with a product and wish to return it, you can return the item to us for a replacement or a refund. You must pay for the item to be returned to us and the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
We will only refund the cost of the items, not the postage paid for us sending the item to you, nor will we pay for the cost of you posting the item back to us.
