I contacted the seller of my old bowl to let them know the bowl arrived shattered. The packaging was entirely inadequate. I sent them pictures of the packaging at their request so they could correct further shipping. I have not been offered any reimbursement

I have not received any pictures from this buyer. I will refund his purchase price and shipping once I receive the photos. I have checked my eBay messages everyday and still have received nothing.
