Can I checkout one time for all items I have purchased?
Under Armour eBay cannot combine checkout or shipping on multiple orders.
Can I add items to my order?
No. Under Armour is not able to make any changes to an eBay order once the order has been placed. You will need to place a new order for the additional items.

In our commitment to process all orders as quickly as possible, we may not always be able cancel an order before it has shipped.

Where can I find the Style Number?
The Style Number on most UA gear can be found on the paper-like white tag behind the care tag. Example: FW 10 1210665 or SS 11 1217194 The UA Footwear style number is known as ART NO and can be found in the information block under the shoe-tongue. RN#96510 & CA#41095 are not UA Style Numbers.

How should I wash and care for my UA gear?
Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry
Machine wash in cold water with like colors
Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, or dryer sheets

What is the right fit for me?
The right fit varies between activity and personal preference. Under Armour has 4 fit options:
Compression is Under Armour's signature fit. Compression products will fit super close to the body providing a locked-in, lean, and supportive fit.
Fitted offers a streamlined fit that sits very close to the body without the squeeze of compression.
Semi-Fitted/Regular is a specialized fit that's not tight, but designed to be somewhat close to the body.
Loose garments offer a generous cut, providing full range of motion and a draped look.

Where can I find petite or tall sizing options?
Petite sizing is not offered by Under Armour at this time. We currently have limited products available in Tall sizing options. The Tall options give an additional 2 inches to the hem and sleeves of shirts and 2 inches to the inseam of pants.

Can I ship outside of the United States?
Under Armour eBay ships to the 50 US states and their territories. International shipping is not available. We do ship to PO Boxes, Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and the US Territories, including the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico ONLY ship via FedEx Smart Post. Transit time to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may vary between 5 to 30 business days. Select "Economy" during checkout.

Do you charge sales tax?
Under Armour is required to collect all applicable sales tax when an order is shipped to a state where Under Armour has a significant economic presence, or Nexus. Under Armour currently has Nexus in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, & Washington. Some Under Armour gear may be tax exempt depending on the shipping destination and time of year. We cannot list all tax policies here, but our system automatically removes tax for qualifying products and/or qualifying totals and complies with tax exempt holidays as defined by individual states. For tax exemptions on specific products, based on your shipping destination, we urge you to check your state & local sales tax authority for complete tax exempt purchasing rules.

How do I return merchandise to Under Armour?
Under Armour will accept returns within 60 days as long as merchandise is in salable condition (unworn, unwashed, and with hangtags still attached). Returns are processed within 10 to 14 business days. Please allow an additional business day for refund to appear in your PayPal account.

Do I pay return shipping?
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Under Armour and eBay are not responsible for gear that is lost in transit, therefore we suggest using a traceable shipping service when shipping back returns.

Why was my order cancelled?
We do our best to include only items that are in stock in Under Armour's eBay store. There are times, due to high demand, when a product is offered but it is no longer available to ship.
