PRODUCT INFORMATION:
All shirts are screenprinted on 100% Cotton T-Shirts...
the brands we use for particular colors are illustrated below:
Fruit of The Loom (Black, Red)
Gildan (Blue, Army, Brown, Light Gray, Dark Gray)
We are sometimes able to get larger sizes than 2XL,
but choice of colors and availability drop dramatically.

HANDLING TIME:
All shirts are made-to-order, meaning we make the shirts AFTER you purchase them.
Each design is scheduled to print once a week, so your shirt will usually ship within 7 days of the date you purchased it.
Sometimes this can take a little longer depending on how many people purchased that design that particular week.
Our maximum handling time is 14 days, but we rarely take that long...your shirt usually ships in a few days.

SHIPPING TIME:
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: Please allow (up to) 7-14 Business Days (Monday-Friday) Travel Time,
the average travel time is about 4 days...but sometimes USPS does mysterious things. Be Patient, Contact Us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Please allow (up to) 30 Business Days (Monday-Friday) Travel Time....
the average travel time is about 2 weeks...sometimes less, sometimes more, depending on your country and the speed of your local post office.
Once a package leaves the USA, it's now the responsibility of your country to get your package delivered in a timely manner.
SPECIAL NOTE: ITALY / GREECE / MALTA / MIDDLE EAST / SPAIN (sometimes) / etc.
I'm sorry but all bets are off...your local postal services are well known as the slowest on earth.
We fill our obligation and ship your package well within our advertised time frame, you get an email from us when it ships.
Unfortunately, your local post offices sometimes hold packages for an extra long time (30 to 90 days)...
we can only assume American packages are being held by your local customs/postal/government for inspection.
We don't see this type of delay with ANY other country (even Africa!), so it's definitely a problem that's local to the postal system in these countries.
This is something we have NO control over, please complain to your local government/post office.

we are working for you, please be patient...our packages ALWAYS shows up, it just may take a little more time to reach some foreign countries.

SHIPPING DISCOUNT REFUNDS & DEALS:
All of our auctions are set to "Immediate Payment Required"...
this means you need to pay for the item at the time of purchase, there is no grace period.
We're forced to do this because there are just too many people on eBay who don't pay their bills and make us chase them down.
We're not a collections agency, we're a t-shirt store...so we expect you to pay at the time of purchase and not have to ask you to pay us.
Unfortunately, this auction setting defeats any automatic shipping discounts the eBay system could administer...
so we do refunds manually through Paypal several times a day for multiple customers.
It's an instant refund back to you, once we press the submit button.
If you paid with a credit card (through Paypal), it gets refunded right back to your card.
This refund process applies to all other specials and deals that we may offer.
Just purchase what you want and we'll refund the appropriate discounts.

Please don't leave negative feedback or disputes without contacting us first, we're here to help you.
Also allow 24 hours for a response, as everyone on ebay is living in a different time zone.

SHIPPING INSURANCE:
NOTE: The advertised $1.39 Postal Insurance is for Domestic Orders ONLY.
If International customers want to insure their package, you will need to contact us.
The $9.95 shipping rate you're paying is the lowest class of International Mail, meaning it's not insurable...
to clarify, the United States Post Office will NOT OFFER INSURANCE on their cheapest mail class.
If you want insurance you need to upgrade to an insurable mail class,
such as "International Priority Mail".
International Priority Mail starts at around $20...
please research this yourself at www.USPS.com
For International customers that want insurance...
we will offer "Actual USPS Shipping Costs" on the insurable Priority Mail Class.
Please visit www.USPS.com to research rates for yourself.
(each shirt is approx 12oz in weight)
Be advised though, we RARELY have trouble with lost items...
so postal insurance is generally NOT recommended for smaller orders.
But, if you don't pay insurance...the rules below apply.
WHEN AN ITEM GETS LOST IN THE MAIL:
If you don't purchase postal insurance, we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.
We want you to be happy, but we can't be solely to blame for every item that gets lost in the mail.
So we choose to offer a 50/50 system...please read below.
Postal Insurance allows us to claim a refund from the post office when they make mistakes.
This allows us to reprint AND re-ship your shirt to you at our expense. This is the ideal situation.
But, if you don't pay for insurance...we'll be kind and send you another shirt for FREE,
the catch is, you must pay the shipping fee for the second shirt. We supply the shirt, you supply the shipping fee.
Yeah, that sucks...the post office screws both of us in this scenario (HINT: pay for shipping insurance!).
Luckily, 99.9% of packages reach their destination just fine.
Anyway thanks for understanding that life ain't perfect...but we try anyway.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- If it was your fault, you pay shipping both ways.
- If it was our fault, we pay shipping both ways.
- If it was lost in the mail, you pay shipping and we send a free replacement shirt.

PAYMENT PREFERENCES:
We prefer immediate payments through Paypal, it's the eBay way.
Everyone has a simple bank account, that's all you need to use Paypal.
If you absolutely MUST send a Money Order, contact us and we'll arrange an auction for you.
Please understand that these auctions costs us money, so try to follow through on your request. Don't waste our money.
ABSOLUTELY NO INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS
unless you pay the $45 fee that US banks charge us to cash them.
