How to choose shipping method?
Buyers are allowed to choose shipping method according to their possibilities, please choose it correctly.
The screen below will appear when you go to check out after your purchase. Click to scroll and display shipping methods available.You can choose it according to the price described on items shipping description page or:

Expedited should ne chosen as "Expedited Int'l Flat Rate Shipping "
Super Express should be chosen as "others"
Standard shipping should be chosen as "Standard Int'l Flat Rate Shipping" (Always cheaper)

Expedited
Priority mail, posts will be sent by air, and delivery will take approximately 7 - 15 days.
Tracking service is available within Japan only until the parcel has left Japanese airports. Inquires for delays or lost parcels will be processed upon request after 30 days of shipping and the process could take over 45 days.
Additional fees for this service may apply for south America, Malta or some others countries, we will inform you.

Recorded

Standard
Standard Shipping is a secure and economic air mail service but is slow, this is a service where international mail is handled as surface mail in both Japan and the destination country and as airmail between the two countries, recommended for heavy parcels like books or multiple purchases below 2 kilograms.

• It takes approximately 15 to 29 days for mail to arrive at the destination.
• In some cases, it may take longer due to the handling system of the destination country.
• Standard shipping may not be available for Italy, Spain or France please ask.

Super Express
Top priority among international mails is placed on this service! Posts will be delivered for approximately 4 - 6 days to addressee all over the world. You will receive a tracking number, traceable since the parcel is posted at the Japan post office, You can check the status via Track & Trace  here
If Super Express mail is damaged or partly missing during delivery, a maximum US$20,000 approx. is paid for the actual loss.

Super Express for Europe
For European buyers is more expensive than America or Oceania, and prices and rates are fixed by the carrier, Please ask for this service and an additional fee will be charged on your invoice.

Tracking service
For Recorded or EMS shipments, web tracking service is available. EMS shipments are web traceable worldwide and Recorded service is web traceable in USA, Spain, Canada, Italy and Brazil. For other countries, inquires for Recorded shipments should be made at the local postal office assigned to your neighborhood, village or place where you live.
