How you combine shipping for multiple purchases?

How can i choose shipping method?

Buyers are allowed to choose shipping method according to their possibilities, please choose it correctly and review shipping delivery time. Get it Fast shipping should be chosen as "Expedited Int'l Flat Rate Shipping "

Super Express should be chosen as "others"

Standard shipping should be chosen as "Standard Int'l Flat Rate Shipping" (Always cheaper)

 

 

How you combine payments and shipping for different items or purchases?

Shipping discounts are applicable when a customer makes multiples purchases of the same item or different items. Please check item description to verify if an item qualifies for shipping discounts. All items include shipping discounts for multiple purchases of the same product. Buyers are allowed automatically to make one combined payment for multiple purchases.

Purchases made in different currencies cannot be combined in one invoice due to technical issues, and should be paid separately.
Shipping discounts are calculated automatically by eBay if an item qualifies. Some Items or special offers are not eligible for shipping discounts. If an item doesn't qualifies for shipping discounts, we can ship it in the same box but it has to be paid separately, in this case no shipping cost or part of the shipping cost will be refunded or renegotiated.
Some buyers can obtain special discounts according to their purchases.

 

Where is my stuff ?

When you place an order we usually ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment and usually shipped from Japanese airports within 3 days.

Most of the time your parcel is in transit time handled by the carrier or customs clearance. Since the 9/11 attempt parcels have been delayed due to rigorously custom inspection. Please beware that we are not liable for this inconvenience. See list of countries where packages are usually delayed.

This question come generally from customers that have chosen Standard shipping, your item is in transit time or in customs clearance process and you have to wait longer for delivery, your patience is greatly appreciated. A good way to get more early "standard" parcels is asking for your parcel with a tracking number at your local post office instead of waiting to be delivered. "Standard" parcels are usually delayed at the country of destination. "Standard" tracking numbers are web traceable in some countries only, please check your local post office web page. "Super Express" tracking numbers are web traceable worldwide.

We allow buyers to choose shipping method during PayPal payment process according to their possibilities, please choose it wisely and expect your parcel according to the selected shipping delivery time, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the information provided by the courier and the shipping options that you can choose Get it Fast, Standard or Super Express .

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking number or Super Express tracking number is included in some items only, please check items description. If some item doesn't include a tracking number, it will be available as "optional" when you go to check out, we strongly recommend to purchase one in order to avoid any inconvenience.

If you have purchased a tracking number or was included in the shipping cost you will find it in the subject of your shipping notification email. Please allow us 1-2 days for process your order and ship. The shipping notification will be sent after shipping, please check your email even in the spam box. Learn more about tracking number.
How to choose tracking number
Tracking number is optional or required for some countries, lamentably due to technical issues ebay will compute the tracking number amount individually i.e. if you make 2 purchases you will be charged for two tracking numbers by ebay, this is a mistake and this inconvenience is beyond our control, but you can do the following:

1- Wait for our invoice instead of process to pay immediately after ebay send the winning notification, we will arrange your invoice and charge you only for one tracking number for any quantity of purchases you can make from our store.
2- You can proceed to pay refusing the tracking number option, we will send a bill by Paypal for the tracking number amount after if you require one.
3- If you made 2 purchases or more you can select to pay for one first and check the "insurance" option (this will be the tracking number) after completed the payment you can proceed to pay for all the remain items disregarding or not choosing the "insurance" (tracking number) option, this way the tracking number paid first will be valid for all your purchases.

Please beware that UniqJapan is not liable for items purchased without tracking number or insurance and information about those items is not available after shipping.

I bought 2 different items from you. I need to pay for 2 tracking numbers isn't flat fee?

If you make multiples purchases of items that not include tracking number, you can pay for it only once and it will be valid for all your purchases. All items include tracking number or insurance as "optional" when you go to check out, pay only once for this option and it will be valid for all your purchases without tracking number.

Delivery Time

When you place an order we usually ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Please consider that due to time difference between Japan and the rest of the world, if you place an order on Friday for example, here in Japan would be Saturday and your order would be shipped next Monday, in this case your order will be shipped within 3 days.

We make every effort to label the packages properly so they do not demand customs attention and delay arrival. However, despite of our best efforts, approximately 1 in 20 packages is delayed by customs. We are not liable for this inconvenience. 99.9% of parcels reach their destiny according to an eBay research please expect your parcel according to the selected shipping method, your patience is greatly appreciated.

We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the information provided by the courier and the shipping options that you have chosen Get it Fast, Standard or Super Express.

Beware that shipping delivery time depends of you, and the shipping method selected. In most cases we ship everyday immediately after payment clearance.

I don't have a PayPal account how can i pay?

International postal money orders available at postal offices only are accepted. They are inexpensive, secure and fast.

Western Union, personal checks or other payment services are not accepted please contact us for details.
