We ship within 3 business days after receiving payment . Most items shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. Insurance is included in the shipping cost. via Freight
The larger pieces such as sofa, some chairs and coffee tables are ship by freight. This furniture is shipped for curbside delivery. You are responsible for moving the furniture from the truck to your home. Delivery to inside your home is available for an additional $45.00 (first floor only).
Very Important- You are responsible for inspecting the product at the time of delivery. In the event that you receive damaged merchandise, you must make write all damages on the freight bill to insure YOU have the right to claim reimbursements.
Failure to write the damages on the freight bill at the time of delivery will void all of your insurance with the trucking company and you will have no recourse.
If the damage is severe, please refuse ONLY the item that is damaged and make all notations on the freight bill.
Pick ups
