Who is Unitron, Inc.? We have been a brick and mortar company located near St. Louis, Missouri since 1971 and have been selling products on the internet since 2005 under unitron-online. We are a NUTONE Factory Authorized Master Distributor and have been the primary Factory Authorized Service Center for the St. Louis area for over 25 years. In the past few years we have become a Factory Authorized Sales Center for BROAN, PANASONIC, AIR KING, AIPHONE, MARLEY, QMARK, and more. We are a small, second generation Family Owned company and take pride in the products we sell as well as our customer service. We believe in honesty and integrity.
What can Unitron, Inc. / unitron-online do for you? Since we have so many years of experience in the installation and service of intercoms, central vacuum system, exhaust fans, whole house fans, doorbells, etc. we are able to answer most questions regarding the products we sell. If for some reason we don't know the answer we will find out for you. Please never hesitate to contact us with any question regarding our products.
Please contact us for any products you do not find on our ebay site. Since we are factory authorized distributors for all the manufacturers whose products we sell we should be able to get any available product for you.

Our Policies -
SALES RECEIPT & TRACKING INFORMATION - Upon shipment of your product a sales receipt will be emailed to your provided address. This will include a tracking number and ship date for your information and records. You should also receive an email notice from UPS (if they are the shipper) with your tracking information. Sometimes these emails go into your bulk or junk mail folder. Please check these prior to calling us for this information.

We will be happy to help. ***Remember emails are not always reliable and you may think we are not responding when we haven't even received your email.*** When you've spoken to someone you know you've been heard, so please call.

SHIPPING COSTS AND POLICIES-
Packaging - We take great pride in making sure your product arrives safely. We prefer UPS for shipping for both our security and yours. UPS charges by package size as well as weight. Therefore package size needs to be considered when reviewing shipping costs. Our products are new for the manufacturer. Manufacturers packaging is designed to be shipped on a pallet via a truckline. We, in many instances, must add more cushioning to your product or we must package your product inside another box in order to protect is during shipping. We make every attempt to keep package dimensions as small as possible. WE TRUST THAT YOU AS A BUYER UNDERSTAND THAT THIS EXTRA TIME AND EXPENSE IS TO ENSURE THE SAFE ARRIVAL OF YOUR PURCHASE. IT IS OUR HOPE THAT THIS ADDITIONAL EFFORT IS RECOGNIZED IN YOUR FEEDBACK AND A FULL FIVE STAR RATING OF OUR COMPANY.
Signature Policy - For your protection and ours, WE, AS WELL AS PAYPAL AND EBAY, REQUIRE SIGNATURE DELIVERY FOR PURCHASES OVER $100.00. We are happy to ship to an alternate address for signature deliverd items. Please contact us at 636-677-9999 with that alternate address. If you do not want signature required on your shipment please notify us in writing and you will be responible for any loss or damage to the item.
Handling Time - We make every attempt to ship your product within 48 hours of received payment. We are however, a brick and mortor business and our operating hours are 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday through Friday (except holidays). We do provide products to customers and builders locally therefore on occasion stock is depleted and must be reordered. We are not in control of the amount of time it takes suppliers to ship to us. We do however, make every attempt to expedite this if possible.
Product Inspection - It is the nature of manufacturing and shipping carriers that product is sometimes not in perfect condition upon arrival. PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL and contact us at 636-677-9999 with any problems with your order.

RETURN POLICY -All products must be returned withing 30 days of purchase. Therefore, PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGES IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. All returns are subjec to a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be in brand new condition, never installed, with all packing, accessories and instructions and in original manufacturers box. DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX. Shipping charges are not refundable. Seller is not responible for return shipping costs on international orders or orders being returned for any reason other than defects.Special order items are not returnable or refundable. CALL US AT 636-677-9999 PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEM FOR ANY REASON. If we do not know you are returning a product and it doesn't arrive at our location or if it gets restocked because receiving doesn't realize it is a return, we cannot be held responsible and there will be no refund given.
