Shipments Outside of USA
For all shipments, please note that we cannot falsify customs or importation documents. We cannot mark shipments as gifts, commercial samples or falsify the purchase price.
Canadian Shipments: We are the Importer of Record for all Canadian shipments. We charge and collect the border fees at time of purchase, so there are no additional costs or fees due when your package arrives.
International Shipments: We ship around the world on a daily basis. Please contact us for a freight quote prior to making a purchase. International Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office regarding fees, duties, tariffs, landing fees or other charges that would be required to be paid by the buyer. These fees and costs are not included in the shipping quote and are the responsibility of the Buyer. Some countries require an Import License. Some countries also require a tax identification number for importation. (ex. Spain's DNI or Brazil's CPF identification numbers). This information must be provided to us prior to sending the shipment.
Returned Shipments: Most countries have very stringent customs clearance rules, including a deadline for clearing shipments through customs, sometimes in as little as 5 working days. It is the Buyer's responsibility to respond to any requests from Customs Officials and take delivery of their shipment. If for any reason a shipment is returned to us because the Buyer could not be contacted or did not clear the shipment in a timely manner, we are charged for the return freight cost. This additional freight expense will be deducted from any refund payable to the Buyer, without exception.
