General Interest Shipping ▶ Do you offer combined shipping discounts? We do offer shipping discounts on our items for orders that contain payments from multiple auctions. To receive a shipping discount, simply request an invoice from us after you win the auctions you are bidding on and we will send you a personalized discount. The discount will usually be $1-$2 off the shipping cost for each item that is purchased. Please note that we do not offer shipping discounts for our Buy It Now listings, only our auction listings. ▶ Has my order shipped? You can check the status of your order by going into your "Order Details" page under "My eBay". ▶ Why hasn't my order shipped yet? Orders will ship out within 1 business day after we receive your payment. Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays are not business days. Your order will not ship out during those days. If you place an order on Friday, it will ship out the following Monday. ▶ Why doesn't the tracking number show any information? It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to show up in the shipping carrier's database. ▶ Do you ship outside of the United States to countries such as Australia, Brazil, Canada, South Africa and etc? The only countries we ship to are the United States and Canada. We do not ship to any other countries. Some products such as Airsoft guns and throwing knives cannot be shipped to Canada. ▶ Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or Guam, and are there any additional shipping costs associated with shipping to these locations? We do ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and Guam. There are no additional shipping charges for shipping to these locations. ▶ Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses and are there any additional shipping costs involved with shipping to APO/FPO addresses? We do ship to APO/FPO addresses and there are no additional shipping costs. ▶ Where do you ship from? We ship most of our products from Illinois. ▶ Can I come by and pick up my order? No, we do not offer local pickup. Payment ▶ Can I pay for my auction at a later date? Yes, we give our buyers 8 days after an auction ends to pay for it. ▶ I'm having trouble paying, can you help? Unfortunately we do not have access to any of the payment information that would be needed to help you with the problem. Please contact eBay for support with payment issues, they will be able to better assist you. ▶ What forms of payment do you take? We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We cannot accept any other forms of payment. ▶ Do you take cash, cashier's checks, money orders or personal checks? No, we can only accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Returns & Warranties ▶ My item is broken or defective, what do I do? Please contact us through eBay messages and give us a detailed description on what the issue is. If there is external damage that can be seen such as scratches or broken parts, please take a picture and attach it with your message. If the damage is internal and cannot be seen, please describe the issue in as much detail as possible. Please do not contact us and only say that the item is broken or that the item does not work.
