I ordered late on Sunday night and the item was at my door on Wednesday afternoon. The item came from Massachusetts to my home in a suburb of Philadelphia, PA. So the business received a late order and had it ready to send early Monday morning. FAST sellers! Also had a nice message inside saying, "thank you for supporting a small business", to which I would gladly do again.

Item (boots) didn’t work out. I’m guessing the size stamped on the tongue was incorrect-probably manufacture seconds. Either way, an honest mistake. Great communication with seller, refund (minus shipping) was quick. Likely to use this seller again for future purchases.
