Payment forms accepted:

Paypal:

• For US customers: paypal is accepted ONLY with confirmed addresses.
• For customers outside of the USA: paypal is accepted for orders under $50 with an unconfirmed address, orders higher than $50 must have a CONFIRMED address.
• Paypal payments are expected within 7 days of auction end, except in cases of high demand or time sensitive items, these will be noted in the auction description.

Credit cards:

• Credit card acceptance is COMING SOON to urban-collector eAuctions.

No other forms of payment are accepted including personal checks, money orders or WESTERN UNION money transfer or bank wire transfers, sorry.

Shipping and Handling:

US customers:

• USPS is our standard method of shipping. Most auctions will contain a shipping calculator with weight, package size and options available. Please use the "ask a seller a question" for further information.

Customers outside the USA:

• USPS is the standard (and lowest priced) method we use. Most auctions will contain a shipping calculator with package size and weight already figured in.
• Many of our low priced items such as Lord of the Rings replicas have a flat rate shipping already figured in, this will show up on the auction and at checkout.
• For packages, we use USPS Priority International or USPS Express International, these methods will already have insurance figured into them.
• We DO NOT put lower values on customs forms. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this practice is dishonest and unlawful. We will mark a package as "gift" if requested.

Time in transit-USA:

• First Class 2-9 working days
• Media Mail 4-14 working days
• Parcel Post 2-9 working days
• Priority Mail 2-5 working days
• Express Mail-next day to most locations

Time in transit-non USA customers:

• First Class International 4-14 working days
• Priority Mail International 3-7 working days
• Express Mail International 1-3 working days

Packaging:

• Small items are packaged in bubble envelopes
• All other parcel are packaged in standard shipping boxes; air pockets stuffed with newspaper or packing material.
• Priority mail envelopes and boxes are used when available
• Some electronic items are opened and tested prior to shipping to insure they leave us in working order
• Unless noted, all items are NEW in ORIGINAL packaging. Most items are inspected for visible damage to packaging and if outside package is damaged may be opened for further inspection.

Return policy:

• All sales are final
• Returns are accepted on case by case basis, you must make a return request within 48 hours of receipt of item
• Reasonable return requests will be considered, in most cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless we are at fault or authorize differently
• Items returned to us "Return to Sender" will receive a refund less the original shipping and handling cost. We are not responsible for items not being delivered.
• Most products carry a full manufacturer's warranty, you may contact us for information if you need it.
