Shipping Policies and Information
General Information
Every order is shipped
within 24hours of payment clearance*.
We ship Monday –
Saturday (6 days a week). We do not ship on Sundays and on US holidays.
*Customers
who use eCheck option during paypal checkout, please, remember that
eChecks (unlike standard instant paypal payment) take a few days to
clear and order will not be shipped until eCheck clears.
Carrier
Our carrier is USPS, we
do not ship with any other carriers, please, do not ask to ship on your
account with any other carriers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL etc).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are
stated in each auction. Combined shipping is available (see combined
shipping section).
Expedited/Express
shipping option is available for $26.33 within the US. We use USPS
Express Mail.
Delivery time
Standard
Domestic shipments (USPS Priority
or First Class) usually take 2-5 days. However, sometimes packages may
be delayed. Please allow up to 14days for any domestic shipment before
panicking.**
**If
your package doesn’t arrive after the 14 day period has passed,
please, contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation
Expedited/Express
shipments are overnight to most
US areas, however to some remote areas it may be 2nd day
delivery (most packages arrive within 36 hours)
Combined Shipping.
In order to help our
loyal customers save on shipping costs we offer combined shipping. First
item shipping is as marked in the auction (first item is considered one
with highest shipping out of the whole order), every additional item
shipping is $3.00***
***NOTE:
these rules apply only to items paid for in ONE CONSOLIDATED payment. We
ship per payment. So, if you pay for your items separately – they will
be shipped separately. If you do not know how to adjust the shipping
charges on the check out, please, email with total request and we will
send you combined invoice for all your items with discounted shipping.
Shipping Address:
We ship through PayPal.
We ship to the address that you provide with your paypal payment. If you
need item to be sent to an address different from your paypal profile
address, make sure to change it to the one needed during check out. It
doesn’t matter whether it is confirmed or not.
International
Shipping
We welcome our
international customers and place no limitations to any countries.
At the moment we ship
20-50 packages a day to buyers outside the US.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for
international packages are provided in the bottom section of the
listing. If the shipping cost is not available in the listing, please,
email us for a quote.
Most items are shipped
with USPS First Class International Mail.
MotherBoards, LCD
Screens and other high value items are shipped with Global Express Mail
only.
Delivery Times.
International Express
Mail usually takes 3-7 business days, but actual times may vary slightly
depending on the specifics of destination country.
First Class
International Mail usually takes 5-14 business days. Sometimes, packages
get held by customs services of the destination countries and it may
take up to 8 weeks (very rare occasions and so far such long delivery
time only happened with a few packages sent to Italy).****
****Cases
of lost packages are extremely rare, so, if your package hasn’t
arrived within first 2 weeks, just give it some more time. As
frustrating as it may seem, there’s no reason to panic, all the
packages do arrive sooner or later. If your item doesn’t arrive 8
weeks after the shipment notification, please, contact us.
