Warranty | Returns
Each and every item
that we sell is covered by a DOA warranty (unless the auction
description states “SOLD AS IS”).
DOA (dead on arrival)
warranty gives you 7 days (from the delivery moment) to notify us (urbantekka@gmail.com)
if the item is not working or is misrepresented. You will then receive
an authorization to return the item for refund or replacement (depending
on availability). All returns must arrive within 30 days of auction end.
If you do not inform us
within 7 days of the item’s arrival warranty will not be effective.
If you return your item
(with prior return authorization) after expiration of
30 day period warranty will not be effective.
All the returns are
subject to inspection upon arrival. The refund is granted if inspection
confirms your complaint.
Refunds for the items
returned with prior authorization will be made in the amount of your
full payment (auction price + s&h). Buyer is responsible for return
shipping.
We are not responsible
for any costs of return shipping, as well as any additional incidental
expenses incurred by the customer including but not limited to: any
import taxes, VAT, installation or diagnostic
services by a third party etc.
We are not responsible
for packages lost or damaged by the Postal Carrier.

Our return policy
covers DOA and misrepresented items only. Buyer is responsible for
making sure the part is compatible and meets the actual needs BEFORE
purchasing.

Any return sent to us
without prior authorization will be subject to 20% restock fee and the
initial s&h charge will not be refunded.
Any return sent to us
with prior authorization and tested to be in the condition (working or
cosmetic) as stated in the auction description (i.e. inspection of the
return does not confirm your complaint) will be subject to 20% restock
fee and the initial s&h charge will not be refunded.
All returns must be
received in the same condition (without tampering or altering) that they
were sent to you.*
*Please, make sure the item you are
sending back is the very same you received from UrbanTekka. We keep
track of our inventory and NO substitute (accidental or intentional)
will be accepted.
Extended
Warranty:
Extended warranty is
available for majority of items through SquareTrade. Each qualifying
item has a "Warrantee Avialable" button
on the bottom of description. Click on such button in any listing to
find out the cost (usually it costs pennies a day, depending on the
price) and terms of the available warranty for this item.**
**The
extended warranty is provided by SquareTrade and has nothing to do with
UrbanTekka company. Any claims must be addressed directly to SquareTrade.
