Making a Payment:
* Terms of payment are PayPal or money order. We love, LoVe, LOVE PayPal!
* Please make payment within seven (7) days of the auctions end. If you're not able to, please contact me and we'll make arrangements.
* A winning bid with Urban Pioneer is a sale. If you are the winning bidder, you are the buyer.
* If you intend to use PayPal, please note: we can not ship to an unconfirmed address. It is simple to do through PayPal. If you plan to use that option, please confirm your address.

Shipping Information:
* When you win an Urban Pioneer auction, you can expect speedy service!
* The shipping costs are listed in each auction. The amount includes Priority Shipping and/or 1st Class Parcel Post and a Delivery Confirmation.
* Once your payment is cleared your item is carefully packaged and labeled according to the information you have provided.
* Most packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated in the auction. If you live here in Chicago and would like to pick up we can make arrangements to do that.
* International bidders are welcome! Most of our international customers like to use Air Letter Post or Global Priority mail. We will provide you with the cost of either option.
* We combine shipping on multiple wins to save you money. When you are done shopping let me know and we will send you an invoice.

* Please bid carefully.
* We'll take returns if we made a mistake in the listing.
* Please let us know immediately that there is a problem.
* Please send an email to let us know that you will be sending the item back and provide the Delivery Confirmation tracking number.
* The item must arrive at the Urban Pioneer within ten (10) days of the shipping date.
* Returns received between 10 and 30 days after original ship date will be subject to a restock fee of 50%. There are absolutely no returns after 30 days.
* Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
