Shipping: I ship items daily Monday-Friday. You will receive an email with tracking number from USPS. You can also check your tracking number on your My Ebay page Items I've purchased. Normally your item will ship the day after you send payment. This is not always the case, in rare instances shipping can be delayed. Used-OEM is a one man operation and every now and then, something may come up where I may not be able to ship your item the same or next day. If you purchase more than one item, I will combine shipping to save you money. I ship with USPS for most items. On large or heavy items I may use another company such as UPS. Items are not always able to be shipped together, If I think items will/can be damaged by shipping them together, I will not. I may still offer a discount for multiple purchases even if I cannot combine the shipping. You can contact me prior to purchase and ask for combined shipping rate on items.

I will not ship outside of USA! This is due to paypal be required and paypal requiring online tracking info showing package has been delivered to door of buyer. This is not currently offered for international shipments. Therefore, I will not ship outside of the United States, Period! 

Payment methods accepted:  I ask that payments be made within 7 days of auction end. Paypal payments should be directed to: (Turbodohc20@aol.com). Cash in person for local pickup. Contact me if you would like to mail your payment. Sorry No personal checks.

I do understand money orders can take a while to arrive. If you are sending payment in form of money order, I ask to be notified either with eBay's checkout system or an email within 7 days of auction end.

In the event payment or payment information  is not received after 7 days an unpaid item dispute will be opened. This is Only a reminder that I have not yet received your payment information. Don't worry, You have another 10 days after that before any action is taken or item re listed.

Returns: If you're not happy, I'm not happy. Contact me for refund or replacement item. (Turbodohc20@aol.com). If you want to return the item you purchased from Used-OEM simply b/c you no longer want/need it, The shipping you paid will not be refunded, Neither will the shipping  you pay to return item. If item arrives damaged or you receive wrong item, shipping will be refunded.

Feedback Policy: Please contact me before you decide to leave Negative feedback. If a problem were to arise, I would love to have the opportunity to resolve the matter.

Sales Tax: Ohio residents must pay 7% sales tax which applies to item price and S&H charges. No exceptions, Even local pickups paying with cash must pay sales tax. This is Ohio state law, Not mine.

Interchange information: I try my best to provide you with accurate interchange information for parts. Mistakes can happen, for that reason, I also provide the year, make, model and options of the car the part was removed from. If you purchase an item and it doesn't fit your vehicle, I will refund your money for item, Minus shipping. If you have any doubts about fitments, please contact me prior to bidding and or do your own research. I can't possibly know what vehicle/model each & every part will fit.
