If you have not received your CD/CDs - please be patient. As I said in the email I sent you the day it was sent:
Please be patient - I have no control over the Post Office - it usually takes 2-3 days for the item to be delivered - but there are times when it takes 14 days or longer.
FYI: Here I am referring to business days & not Holidays nor weekends.
If you are from the USA your CD/CDs were shipped via USPS 1st class mail.
If you are an International customer - your CD/CDs were shipped via USPS 1st class airmail.
If you have waited over 14 business days - rest assured that as soon as I return I will ship you replacement CDs.
If you received the wrong CD or if there is a problem with your CD/CDs keep on reading.
If by mistake I sent you the incorrect CD/CDs I am very sorry and will send you the correct CD as soon as I return.
If you cannot open the files on your CD - the problem probably is that you need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
PLEASE EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU ALREADY HAVE IT - UPDATE IT - please go to:
http://www.adobe.com
After the reader is installed/updated, open the CD from the adobe reader - then double click on any manual and you will have access to the information as well as the ability to print any of the documents.
If you are still experiencing problems with the CD/CDs - rest assured that as soon as I return I will ship you replacement CDs &/or resolve any problems you may have.
This paragraph is for all of you who are very frustrated because you did not get your CD/CDs yet or there is something wrong with your CD/CDs - and on top of that I am away and not directly replying to your immediate concern. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I CARE VERY MUCH ABOUT ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS. I would never intentionally not send your item or send you a broken or damaged item. If your problem still exists I will address it as soon as I return. I really understand your frustration and am deeply sorry. But I need a vacation. I have not had one for 2 years. My wife said she would kill me if we did not go away & she made sure I would not have Internet access where we are going. I am very sorry for any & all inconvenience this has caused you. And I WILL RESOLVE ALL PROBLEMS WHEN I RETURN.
