 | A: Please be patient - I have no control over the Post Office - it usually takes 2-5 days for the item to be delivered - but there are times when it takes 14 days or longer.
FYI: Here I am referring to business days & not Holidays nor weekends. |

If you are from the USA your CD/CDs are shipped via USPS 1st class mail.
If you are an International customer - your CD/CDs are shipped via USPS 1st class airmail. |

 | A: All products will ship out within 1-96 hours of receiving payment. |
 | Q: How do I know my order was shipped? |

 | A: First be assured that if you paid - I sent your item. And I sent you an email notification the day I sent it. If you did not see any email from me - please check your spam box. Or if you have blocks on your email account to prevent spam - I am sorry but it is your responsibility to make it accept emails from people you are doing business with. |

After the reader is installed/updated, open the CD from adobe reader - then double click on any pdf & you will have access to the information & the ability to print it. |
 | Q: I am still having problems with CD - what do I do? |

 | A: If you are still experiencing problems with the CD/CDs - rest assured that I will resolve any problems you may have. I will either explain what to do or I will send you replacement CDs. JUST PLEASE EMAIL ME. |
 | Q: When do you leave feedback? |

 | A: I leave feedback after you leave feedback. I do this because it is the only way to get some people who have problems with the purchase to contact me about it. I know some of you think this is unfair - if you do not like this policy you do not need to buy from me. But please no lectures. |

 | A: ALL SALES ARE FINAL - No refunds - If your item is lost or damaged it will be exchanged/replaced for the same exact item. |

 | A: Take highest shipping price and add $1.00 for each extra CD. NOTE: That is per CD - NOT per auction.
CDs MUST BE purchased with a 24-hour time span.
