This is the second of two manuals I bought for my 'new-ish' (used but new to me) minivan, one for the safe and one for the vehicle--this one went into my glove box for reference. THANK YOU!I RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT OWNERS MANUAL TODAY. IT'S NOT ABOUT THE ITEM , ITS THE SELLER. I EMAILED HIM AFTER THE ITEM ARRIVED & TOLD HIM THAT A NUMBER OF PAGES IN THE INDEX WERE MISSING. HE EIMMEDIATELY SAID THAT HE HAD ANOTHER MANUAL & HE WOULD SEND IT TO ME. I DIDN"T KNOW IF I WOULD GET ANOTHER MANUAL OR NOT? I JUST SAID OK , THANK YOU. & LEFT IT AT THAT. Everything was great. I received the package on the 4th day after it was ordered by me. All of the internal pages as
stated by the dealer, : VALUEMANUALSRUS were intact. almost like new. It was only missing the front cover, and had a torn back cover. Also as stated by the dealer when I purchased it. That was not any problem for me as I made 2 new covers for it. Thank you dealer. I would also like to mention how great the shipping package was from "EBAY" and the bag over the book.
