With our hassle-free return policy, we want your online shopping experience to be risk free. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or our return policy, please email or chat with us.

 

  • Please shop by measurements and not by official size to ensure a proper fit! We provide detailed measurements below each item description and a Size Chart to assist you. 95% of all returns come from customers who don't measure before they buy.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, simply ship the item back to our warehouse in Germany in its original, unused condition (including all original package contents) for a full refund, less shipping costs.

  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of the first delivery attempt and, if returned from outside the European Union (EU), must ship via air transportation. Ground returns from outside the EU will be rejected!

  • We reserve the right to assess a 25% service charge on items not returned in their original packaging or otherwise not in compliance with this policy.

  • Each shipment contains a courtesy card with a link to request a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping the item back. Do NOT ship the item before we agree to.

  • VANITY LOUNGE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DAMAGED OR LOST RETURN PACKAGES. ALL RETURNS ARE AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE & RISK. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INSURING ANY RETURN SHIPMENTS.

  • In case you should receive a wrong item, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping costs plus the return shipping charge of the most economical air transportation method or your actual shipping cost - whichever is less.

  • With us you can be sure you'll receive your money back! As opposed to other sellers we do not give store credits. You'll receive prompt refunds instead.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days from the day we receive your return for your refund to be processed. Once we receive, process and accept your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming your refund.

  • All refunds will be credited back toward the exact method of payment that was originally used to pay for the item.

  • PayPal refunds show up in your PayPal account immediately. If you used a different payment method, it may take longer for your refund to show up on your statement(s).
