INSURANCE & SAFE DELIVERY GUARANTEE
All shipments are guaranteed at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU. I pack very carefully and use Delivery Confirmation for all items, and lost or damaged packages are extremely rare. Because of this, I am happy to personally guarantee safe delivery of all packages without charging for insurance.
Any items that are not shown delivered by the tracking system will receive a refund after 30 days for U.S. shipments (sooner if sent via Priority) or 45 days for international shipments, based on the date of shipment. Any items damaged in transit will be reimbursed upon return of the item or photo proof of damage, depending on its value and the amount of damage. If your package is damaged, you will need to save all the packaging and any damaged pieces and contact me right away for instructions.
This policy will enable us both to receive all the benefits of insurance without the hassles of filing (and waiting for) official claims and without having to pay extra for something that probably won't end up being needed anyway. Please note that in certain cases I will purchase USPS insurance when an item is particularly expensive or fragile, and in those situations I will need to get certain information from you in order to process the claim.

INTERNATIONAL: $3 off shipping
Orders over $100
DOMESTIC: Free Priority shipping
INTERNATIONAL: Free first class shipping or discounted Priority (Italian bidders will still need to pay all registered mail fees; see International Shipping Options below)
COMBINED SHIPPING
All purchases made within 7 days and paid for in one transaction will ship for one shipping charge. The highest shipping charge of all your items will apply. Combined shipping will be applied automatically when you go through eBay checkout. If eBay checkout incorrectly calculates your shipping charge for any reason, please let me know and I will correct it.
WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP
Handling time is generally 1-2 business days after receipt of your payment. International shipments may take a day longer on occasion because they require me to go to the post office in person to ship.

First Class International (air)
Transit time varies, usually 6-10 business days but occasionally longer

Shipments to Italy
Due to the high rate of theft to packages sent to Italy, all customers with Italian shipping addresses MUST add registered mail with return receipt to their shipping charge - no exceptions. The extra cost based on current USPS rates is $13, and this is in addition to the shipping charge on the listing.
*Please note that transit times are ESTIMATES ONLY, and do not include possible customs delays, which can on rare occasions be long (even a month). I cannot be responsible for any delivery delays. You are responsible for paying any and all duties or import taxes your country may impose (which in some cases can be high) and for knowing your country's custom restrictions. I fill out customs forms accurately; by law, I cannot mark purchases as gifts or with a lower value than the actual amount paid. This is for your protection, as falsifying customs forms is illegal and can result in your package being confiscated, fines levied, and/or other penalties.
