Shipping Information:

ALL CUSTOMERS MUST KNOW DELIVERY CONFIRMATION INCLUDED IN ALL SHIPPING FEES NOW OF ONLY .70 CENTS. PLEASE NOTE WE DIG, PACK AND SHIP WILDFLOWERS AND FERNS YEAR ROUND. TREES/SHRUBS SHIP FROM AUGUST 30TH TIL APRIL 30TH ONLY.....IF YOU ARE PURCHASING BEFORE THIS SHIPPING TIME PLEASE KNOW WE WILL RESERVE THEM AND SHIP AT THE SAFEST TIME FOR US AND TRANSPORT TIME WEATHER PERMITTING!

• We are currently in season for shipping. (Shipping height stated is for entire plant length)
• Buyer is responsible for shipping
• We ship as soon as payment is received, unless delay due to bad weather; exception weekend and holidays
• Please contact us via email, if you are not ready to receive or wanting a specified shipping date otherwise the order will go out within 1-2 weeks from receipt of payment. All orders are shipped asap after digging. We are a family owned business but due receive a large volume of orders per season. 
• We ship in the United States and territories only unless otherwise specified. Contact seller for details on international shipments (seasonal)
• Check with your individual state dept. of agriculture due to state quarantine restrictions  on certain roots, bulbs, vines or plants. unless you check with us or your local extension office for what items you are allowed to plant. It is completely up to the buyer to be responsible researching otherwise it will ship and we are not held accountable for confiscated packages/plant material if you are not allowed to receive. 
• Shipping/Handling Fee: stated in listing, plus additional fee as stated in each listing for  each additional plant/lot for combine shipping. Wait for invoice from seller to avoid overpaying and us having to refund the difference. (All orders shipped USPS-Priority Mail)

Payment:

• We accept PayPal payments only now due to ebays policy 
• Payment must be received within 5-7 days or unpaid item complaint will be filed

Guarantee:

• We guarantee our plants to be satisfactory upon arrival; any problems, let us know within 7 days, so we can make prompt replacement-no charge.  After 7 days, we carry a guarantee: if any plant fails to live within one-year of original purchase shipping date, we replace plant Free - we ask that you pay the Shipping Fee. (The main reason for plant loss is a lack of water/temperature change/climate conditions or neglect in transplanting. Plants need plentiful amount of water the first growing season.)
