Please read our terms - We care about what we do!
RETURN POLICY: We want you to love your new items as much as we do! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us right away. Returns are accepted on a case by case basis, primarily only if we have made a significant error in the listing. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Because we take great care to provide accurate laid-flat measurements on each garment, we do not accept returns due to poor fit. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
SHIPPING: We combine shipping whenever possible! Typically, domestic shipments are $2 per additional dress and $5 per additional heavier item. International combined shipping prices vary due to weight restrictions, but please be assured that we always do our best to get you the best value in shipping. Except in rare circumstances, *we ship within 24 hours of payment!* We want you to receive your items quickly.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the your local post office or delivery person – please, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. SIZING: Our size recommendations are just that - recommendations. Please refer to the measurements provided to determine best fit. You may find it helpful to take your own laid-flat measurements. To do this, take a garment that fits you well, and lay it on a flat surface. Holding the garment taut but not overly stretched, measure from seam to seam or side to side for bust (armpit to armpit), waist (skinniest part), and hips (widest part, usually located 9-10" below the waistline). Compare these measurements to those provided in the listings. Over time, you may find that comparing your laid-flat measurements to those provided in listings online will prove a more accurate determination of fit than modern-day "sizes", since sizes tend to vary from store to store. If you have any questions regarding fit, please email us during the listing.
STAR RATINGS: Please do not mark us down on the "Detailed Seller Ratings" when leaving feedback! Most people do not realize that eBay charges sellers greater fees if they do not maintain a perfect 5 star rating in all categories! eBay considers anything less than a perfect 5 stars to be failure on the part of the seller and charges the seller accordingly. We do our best to examine and report on all flaws and issues during the listings. Keep in mind that we are "graded" on the same level as sellers who only sell new-in-box products - Imagine how much more difficult and time-consuming it is for a seller of vintage clothing to thoroughly describe each item than it is for someone selling a new DVD player in the box. We *love* vintage clothing, and we *care* about your having a positive experience when you shop with us - Please let us know right away if you have any issues or concerns. We are here to help!
