Here are some secrets for easy linen care.
I don't like ironing linens. I promotes creasing. I have to for some photographs but in real life I prefer the soft crushed linen look. Easily achieved with a spray bottle of water and some hand pressing. Or mist and toss into the dry for a minute or two. Take it right out. I use a damp cloth and smooth pants with it on the bed. Works great for travel. Also when washing if you take it right out of the dryer it's usually ready to go.
I have sizing tips as well.
