| A:We ship out our order within 24 business hours of receiving payment. You should receive a tracking number via email when your item is shipped. Your delivery time will depend on the shipping method/speed you have selected. |

| A:Shipping charges are calculated based upon your location. Please use the shipping calculator located towards the bottom of every auction page to configure your shipping costs. If your package is being shipped via USPS, you will need to purchase insurance. |

| A:Yes! You will receive a discount on each additional item's shipping charges as long as you pay for the items at the same time. Just add all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout when your cart contains all the items you need. If you pay for them separately, our software will recognize them as such. |
| Q:Can I return a part if I ordered the wrong one? |

| A:Of course. We don't want you to keep any parts you don't need or can't use. Just make sure you contact us within the warranty/return period stated on the ad for the part you purchased, and we'll give you the necessary RMA information. A restock fee may apply. |
