the item didn't match the photos or description of an open box, like new product. The item arrived used + dusty, and with a visibly damaged wifi cable port (which was not damaged in the photo) and there were a couple loose parts that fell off so i docked off 2 stars for that. however, it was an overall positive experience with the seller because they responded quickly to my request for refund/return (included photos) and issued a full refund.
