Welcome to VTS  Closeout Tools & Parts.  We have been in business for 38 years.  Offering discounted tools, used tools and outdoor power equipment parts.   Closeout parts for quality brands like Stihl, Echo, Snapper, Walker, Scag, McCulloch, Briggs & Stratton, Tecumseh just to name a few.  We work hard to offer quality products at great prices and fast processing.

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal (confirmed address required).   Payments are due within 7  days of the close of auction. 

TAXES

We charge 6% sales tax on all Idaho sales.

SHIPPING

We ship within the 48 contigious states only, we do not ship to Canada.  Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment.  Orders will ship USPS Priority Flat Rate whenever possible.  This is usually the least expensive method of shipping and it is fast.  Some items will have to be shipped via UPS and you can always request UPS prior to being invoiced.  With all UPS & USPS PRIORITY shipments, we provide a tracking #.  For UPS visit www.ups.com/content/us/en/index.jsx and USPS visit www.usps.com and type in your tracking # to see the shipping progress.  If your order is shipping via UPS please provide a UPSable street address, UPS will not deliver to a PO box.  For any special shipping requests, please contact us prior to ordering.  We are not responsible for items lost/damaged in shipping or shipping times.  Local pick up is always free, just let us know prior to invoicing.  Email us through Ebay for an accurate UPS shipping cost, often lower than the Ebay calculator. 

RETURNS

An item can be returned ONLY if we have made a significant error in listing that item.  Otherwise all sales are final.  We make every effort to provide honest, accurate and detailed listings.  Your questions are always welcome and will be answered quickly. 

WARRANTY

Many of the new items may have a manufacture's warranty.  We do not perform warranty service for any of the items we sell, most brands have a nationwide network of local service centers.
