| A:We only accept PayPal Payments. eBay no longer allows payment by money order or check for the categories that we sell in. |
| Q:Do you offer combined shipping? |

| A:For International shipments we are unable to combine shipping due to the immediate payment requirement for all of our listings. For shipments within the US we will automatically combine the shipping. |
| Q:How long will the shipping take to US destinations? |

| A:First Class Mail 1-9 Business Days, Priority Mail 1-5 Business Days, Fedex Ground 1-6 Business Days. |
| Q:How long will the shipping take to International destinations? |

| A:Shipping time to International destinations varies from one country to the next. Most countries average 10-14 days with First Class International Mail. For faster delivery choose Priority Mail or Express (EMS) Mail at checkout. |

| A:We send two emails at time of shipment. One is through the eBay Message System and the other from: shipping@valley-ent.com. Shipping status can also be checked from your "My eBay" page. |

| Q:What is your warranty or return policy? |

| A:We only accept returns for defective items. Otherwise, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. Buyer will be responsible for paying any shipping cost to return the defective item to us. Authorization for return must be obtained before returning the item. |
| Q:How do I file an insurance claim for a lost package? |

| A:For items shipped insured by USPS there is a 30 day waiting period in the US. For International there is 45 day waiting period. |
