Order Processing Time
We ship daily Monday-Friday. Orders paid for before Noon (Mountain Time) will ship the same day. Orders paid for after Noon (Mountain Time) on Friday and during weekends will ship on Monday.

Ship to Address & Returned Packages
We can only ship to the address provided in the PayPal Payment Details. We cannot ship to any other address or we will not be covered under PayPal Fraud Protection.
Items returned as undeliverable by USPS/Fedex will not be sent again at our expense. If you are unwilling to cover the cost of sending again we will refund by PayPal the purchase price minus eBay, PayPal and shipping fees.
Domestic Delivery Time
USPS First Class: 1-9 Business Days (No specific day guarantee)
USPS Priority Mail: 1-5 Business Days (No specific day guarantee)
Fedex Ground: 1-6 Business Days (No specific day guarantee)
International Delivery Time
Shipping time to International destinations varies from one country to the next. Most countries average 10-14 days with First Class International Mail but can take longer. First Class Mail International to Canada can take 3-4 weeks. For faster delivery choose Priority Mail or Express (EMS) Mail at checkout.
There is no tracking for First Class Mail International. Tracking is available with Priority Mail to a limited number of destinations. Express Mail (EMS) includes tracking to all destinations.
We are unable to send any items marked as "Gift" or undervalue the actual cost of the items on the US Customs Declaration form. Buyer is responsible for paying any duty taxes imposed at time of delivery (DDU). |
